Preparation Method:
Grilling with wooden skewers:
- Always grill on an iron rack.
- Place the skewers on the rack, ensuring the meat is directly over the heat while the wooden ends remain outside the fire.
- Turn them for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
Oven method:
- Grease the pan with fat, ghee, or oil.
- Wrap the exposed wooden ends with foil.
- Place in the oven and turn twice to ensure even cooking on both sides.
