Terms and Conditions

1- Definition of terms:

"Website": It means Mr Habra website

"Customer" means the person who uses the site, whether real or hypothetical.

2- Agreeing to the terms of the contract: Your use of the Mr Habra website is considered as your approval of the terms of the contract contained in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, then you must stop using the application.

3- Changes to the Agreement: In the event of any change to the Agreement, you will be notified as soon as possible by posting the changes on our website.

4- Advance payment: The Mr Habra website has the right at any time to request prepayment without giving any reasons.

5- Order cancellation policy: The customer has no right to cancel the order if the order has been confirmed. The customer has no right to cancel the order if the payment has been collected. The customer has the right to amend the order if the order is not confirmed and the payment is not collected.

6- Acceptance of purchase orders: The Mr Habra website has the right to cancel the order if binding reasons or force majeure appear.

7- Return or replacement policy: The customer has the right to request a return or replacement within (2) hours of receiving the product if there are defects in the product or the product received was different from what was ordered by contacting the number (0530270400). The site reserves the full right to verify the validity of the complaint and address it within 48 hours.

8- Refund policy: If the payment was made via (Mada card), the amount will be returned to the customer's account within (10) business days (according to the bank's policy). If the payment was by credit card (Visa), the amount will be returned to the customer's account within 15 business days (according to the bank's policy).

9- Delivery period, method of delivery of orders, and place of delivery: The Mr Habra website is committed to delivering orders on time, unless there are exceptional circumstances or force majeure. The time specified for the driver to wait for the customer to receive the order is (15 minutes) as a maximum. The customer is obligated to receive the order in the place agreed upon, and the customer is not entitled to oblige the driver to deliver the order to another address.

10- Intellectual property rights: All content contained on the Mr Habra website, including but not limited to logos, images, audio clips, symbols, and software, is protected by copyright.

11- Laws governing the terms: The terms of use are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
