1) Cut the salmon into small slices.

2) Place the fish in a saucepan with water, salt, pepper, and fresh vegetables such as onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes.

3) Leave the mixture to a boil over low heat until the fish is cooked through and the flavors blend together.
