How to prepare
· Heat the oil in a cooking pot, then add the onion and garlic and fry until golden.
· Add the trotters to the pan, and fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until they change color.
· Add water to the pot and leave it to boil.
· Cumin, pepper, and salt are added to the pot, and the ingredients are stirred well.
· Leave the mixture to boil for about an hour on low heat, until the trotters are tender and the broth becomes thick.
· Reduce the heat and leave the dish to simmer for two to three hours, until the beef becomes tender and tasty.
· Ingredients can be changed and modified as desired.
